A delicious and nutritious sandwich combining creamy avocado, hard-boiled eggs, fresh vegetables, and bread for a quick, satisfying meal.

Instructions
Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, then peel and chop.
Mash the avocado with lemon juice, salt, pepper, and chilli flakes.
Mix chopped eggs with mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
Toast bread slices lightly.
Spread avocado on bread, add egg-mayo mixture, lettuce, and tomato, then top with another bread slice.
Slice in half and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a dash of hot sauce or herbs.
