Ingredients

Fruits

  • 1 piece Apple (any variety)
  • 1 piece Banana (ripe)

Oats

  • 0.5 cup Old Fashioned Oats

Dairy

  • 0.5 cup Milk

Ice

  • 3-4 cubes Cubes of Ice

Instructions 

  • Chop the apple and banana.
  • Place all ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses and serve.

Notes

Feel free to add honey or cinnamon for extra flavor.
