Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; mix well. Combine butter, almond milk, and vanilla; mix until smooth. Add egg, Greek yogurt, and coconut flakes; blend thoroughly. Pour batter into greased 8-inch or 9-inch pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
