A creamy and nutritious smoothie perfect for a quick breakfast or snack, combining bananas, almond butter, and spices for a delicious treat.

Ingredients

Fruits and liquids

  • 1 piece ripe banana
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional) (for extra fiber)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 ice cubes ice cubes

Instructions 

  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  • Blend until creamy, scraping down sides as needed.
  • Taste and adjust with more almond milk or honey if desired.
  • Serve immediately in a chilled glass and enjoy cold!

Notes

For extra sweetness, add a drizzle of honey.
