A quick and delicious smoothie bowl perfect for a nutritious breakfast or snack, loaded with fresh fruit, yogurt, and toppings.

Ingredients

Fruits

  • 1 piece banana (ripe, sliced)
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 0.75 cup frozen pineapple chunks

Dairy & Toppings

  • 0.5 cup vanilla Greek yogurt (whole milk or low-fat)
  • sliced strawberries sliced strawberries (for topping)
  • sliced bananas sliced bananas (for topping)
  • handful fresh blueberries (for topping)

Crunchy Toppings

  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp slivered almonds
  • 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

Instructions 

  • Chop banana into 1-inch pieces and freeze for 1-2 hours or overnight.
  • Add all ingredients to a food processor and process for 2-4 minutes, scraping sides as needed.
  • Once smooth, scoop into a bowl and add desired toppings. Serve immediately.
