Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped (rotisserie, grilled, or cooked chicken)
  • 0.5 cup buffalo sauce (or hot sauce)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Vegetables

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 0.25 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing

Wraps

  • 4 medium flour tortillas

Optional Fillings

  • to taste tomato, onion, shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions 

  • Combine cooked chicken with buffalo sauce until fully coated.
  • Divide chicken among tortillas.
  • Add lettuce and dressing on top of chicken.
