Ingredients

Dairy

  • 0.5 cup cold heavy cream (or up to 1 cup)
  • 2 cups whole milk Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 0.33 cup honey (or to taste)

Fruits & Add-ins

  • 3 cups fruit (of your choice) (or other additions like chocolate chips, mochi, chopped Oreos)

Instructions 

  • Whisk the cream until just before soft peaks form.
  • Fold in yogurt, honey, and your chosen fruit.
  • Pour mixture into dry molds, tamp out air bubbles, and tap to settle.
  • Add sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours.

Notes

Ensure molds are dry to prevent ice crystals.
