  • 3 large ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 0.5 cup creamy almond butter
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 0.25 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 0.25 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 0.75 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Mash bananas until smooth and creamy.
  • Mix in almond butter until well combined.
  • Stir in oats, chocolate chips, vanilla, salt, cinnamon, and nuts.
  • Spread mixture evenly in the pan and bake for 18-25 minutes until golden and set.
  • Cool completely before slicing into bars.
