Instructions
Rinse jasmine rice until water runs clear, then combine with water and cook for 15 minutes. Rest covered for 10 minutes, then fluff.
Toss shrimp with oil, paprika, garlic powder, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook in a skillet over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and caramelized.
Whisk mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, lime juice, and minced garlic to make the sauce.
Divide rice into bowls, top with shrimp, drizzle with sauce, and garnish with vegetables, sesame seeds, and cilantro.
